~ How to get here ~

  1. Take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) – SOUTHBOUND
  2. Continue onto Star Toll way
  3. Take the BATANGAS exit. On the roundabout, continue straight toward the Diversion Road, Batangas City
  4. Continue straight approximately 4KM
  5. Turn right under the OVER PASS going towards Bolbok, San Pascual, Bauan. DO NOT go over the overpass going to Batangas Port.
  6. Continue straight approximately 5KM until you reach Jollibee Bauan. Turn right once you see it.
  7. Continue straight.
  8. Turn left AFTER Bauan Doctor’s General Hospital. You will see a SOUTH STAR DRUG as landmark.
  9. Continue straight approximately 9KM. You will reach a triangle-intersection
  10. Turn right to Mabini circumferential road going towards Anilao. You will see BDO and ANDOK’S CHICKEN as landmark.
  11. Continue Staright.
  12. Turn left going to San Teodoro. The landmark is a corner store – JOSEPHINE 688 store. If you have reached the Anilao port, you have gone too far; please turn back.
  13. Continue straight approximately 10KM, you will see Vivere AZURE on your right side.
  1. Take South Luzon Express Way (SLEX) – SOUTHBOUND
  2. Continue onto Star Toll way
  3. Take the LIPA EXIT, then turn left going to Mataas na Kahoy, Alitagtag, Cuenca
  4. Continue straight (you will pass by a McDonalds & Lipa Airbase)
  5. Turn right on BANAY BANAY – MOJON – CUENCA road going to Cuenca, Lemery. You will see PHOENIX GAS STATION as a landmark.
  6. Continue straight approximately 13KM until you see ALPHAMART
  7. Turn right to Cuenca-Lemery Road
  8. Continue straight approximately 3KM
  9. Turn left to Bauan – San Luis road (Do not enter STA RITA BARANGAY)
  10. Continue straight till you reach a T-intersection
  11. Turn left to Palico – Balayan Batangas going to Bauan, Mabini. You will see CALTEX GAS STATION as landmark on the right side.
  12. Continue straight approximately 6KM
  13. Turn right going Bauan-Mabini road. You will see a SOUTH STAR DRUG as landmark.
  14. Continue straight approximately 9KM. You will reach a triangle-intersection
  15. Turn right to Mabini circumferential road going towards Anilao. You will see BDO and ANDOK’S CHECKEN as landmark.
  16. Continue straight.
  17. Turn left going to San Teodoro. The landmark is a corner store – JOSEPHINE 688 STORE. If you have reached the Anilao Port, you have gone too far; please turn back.
  18. Continue straight approximately 10KM, you will see Vivere AZURE on your right side.
